Maria Elena Bello
Maria Elena Bello (born April 18th 1967) is an American actress as well as a producer and writer. Permanent Midnight (1998), Payback (99), Coyote Ugly 2000, The Cooler 2003, A History of Violence 2005, The Mummy: Tomb of the Dragon Emperor 2008, Grown Ups (2011), Prisoners (2013) and Lights Out (2016) were only a few of her film roles. Bello was on TV as Dr. Anna Del Amico (1997-1998), along with other prominent roles like Michelle McBride (2016 season) and Jacqueline Sloane (2017-2021) on NCIS. Bello was born in Norristown to Kathy Bello and Joe Bello. Bello studied political sciences at Villanova University. Following graduation, Bello honed her acting skills through a variety of New York theater productions. Bello together with Dan McDermott is the proud mother of Jackson. In November 2013 Bello wrote about having a relationship that was sex with her then-partner, Clare Munn. She released a book entitled Whatever...Love Is a Love: Examining the labels We Place on Ourself. (Dey Street Books. April 28, 2015).
